The Central Library and Information System have played an important role on large scale in the advances of medical knowledge research & practice, It has all essentials infrastructure and infornmation resources by the users the varied information required by the users which is mainly consisting of faculty members, senior Residents, research scholars and paramedical staff of the college. This Central Library started functioning after the college was established and started rendering its services to the users since 1966.

The library has rich collection of books bound volume of Journals periodical & C.D.ROM instead of Books & Journals, National and Local News Paper are also available.

Facilities

1. Library timing is 12. Noon to 8.Pm.
2. Separate boooks reading Room fir juinor residents and undergraduates with Capacity of 60 students.
3. Separate journals reading room for junior residents and teaching staf wiht the capacity of 25 faculty members.
4. Separate computer room for Internet and Medlar facilities for undergraduate students, junior residents & Researcher in which eight computers will be connected on a LAN Network with capacity of 16 students.
5. Separate computer room for internet & Medlar facilities for faculty members in which four computers will be connected on a LAN Network with capacity of 8 seats.
6. Separate Interns reading room for reading personnel books with capacity of 26 students.
7. LIbrary has open system for reading text books or journals for the users.
8. Internet, E-mail, printout and Photostate copy facility is available in the Central Library.
